I am passionate for writing.

I write poems, articles, stories, raps, inspirational and

motivational blogs.

Every writer is unique in his/her own way. What a writer writes depicts his/her life.

I believe in  internal and external factors that stimulate desire and energy in people to be continually interested and committed to a job, role or subject, or to make an effort to attain a goal.

Motivation  results from the

interaction of both conscious

and unconscious factors as :

 (1) Intensity of desire or need.

 (2) Incentive or reward value of the goal.

 (3) Expectations of the individual and of his or her peers. 

(4) Self contemplation with the right methodology.

These factors are the

reasons one has for

behaving in a certain way.

Take two examples:

 A student spends extra

time studying for a test

because she she wants to

better grade in the class. 

A child watches movies

because she finds

fulfilment in it.

Success
